When we are young, we always
wish to look younger forever. Therefore, when we look into the mirror and see
all those wrinkles appearing on the face, we are in a state of shock.

Apple
Juice - Application of apple juice to your face can make you look younger.

juice helps in maintaining the glow of your skin and the aroma of the apple is
quite appealing.
Pineapple Juice - Application of pineapple juice on your face for ten or
fifteen minutes helps in improving the texture of your skin. This makes you
feel fresh and younger. This also reduces the fine line and wrinkles.
Nourishing Face Mask - One of most effective home remedy to look younger is
to make your own facial mask. This helps in replenishing the skin and the skin
feels supple and revived. Apply the face mask for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
Afterwards, wash off the face mask gently and pat it dry. Moisturize the face,
which gives a smoother, softer and supple skin. This should be done once or
twice a week to keep the skin clean.
Massage - A ten minute massage each day helps in keeping the
skin looking younger and wrinkle free for longer. Simply remove the entire make
up, wash your face with lukewarm water, remove all the excess oil by using an
appropriate cleanser (or lime can be used to remove the oil). From neck
upwards, gently massage in an upward motion right up to the hairline.
Afterwards, rinse the face and apply a suitable moisturizing cream or lotion.
Water - Dehydration affects the body not only from the inside,
but also from the outside. Dehydrated skin looks rough and old. In order to look younger drink at least eight glasses of water each day. This
helps in keeping the skin in wonderful condition.
Diet - In today’s fast paced modern world, diet is almost
become a necessity not only for a healthy body, but also for a healthy skin.
Inappropriate diet not only leads to obesity, but also poor skin condition.
Ample glasses of fresh fruit juice and vegetables and Vitamin-E contained food
items can help keep the skin in wonderful condition and keep the signs of aging
at bay.
Protection from the sun - The Ultra Violet (UV) rays have a very harmful effect
on the skin. It not only leads to skin wrinkles, but also avoids aging
prematurely.
Quit Smoking - Smoking
has many harmful effects on your health. However, what many people are not
aware of is that it also has a harmful effect on your skin. It leads to age
prematurely and many wrinkles appear on the face, especially the skin area
around the mouth. It also leads to darkening of the skin on the lips. By quitting smoking, you will look younger and also remain healthy.
